Half Day Meditation Workshop - Tempe, Arizona

This will be an introductory (level 1) workshop on mindfulness meditation suitable for all levels of experience.
The workshop will begin with a short lecture period during which the following basic concepts will be introduced
- mindfulness and concentration
- experiencing the long breath
- experiencing the short breath
- basic spinning hands practice - (spin to flow)
After the lecture meditation practice will consist of alternating periods of seated meditation and spinning hands practice.
There will be a short break for tea at 5pm, followed by tea and Q&A after the meditation period.
