NOTE: This event is for those residing in the Greater Tucson Area.

Save the date for a rare opportunity to learn authentic 'Inner Door' Taoist 'Jibengong', or 'Body-Skills' that will help cultivate the intrinsic energy, qi (chi) of your body.

Many of the “higher-level” drills in the Internal Arts are kept secret and "inner-door", because they train the specific "body-skills" that are the secret to the arts success (ie. martial effectiveness). The “Chi Development Exercises” are an important and essential aspect of Jibengong.

The practice is for anyone of any fitness level.

Anyone who practices these exercises for the traditional 100 days can expect to experience profound changes in the quality of their body-movement.
